Muscle diet, may be the word sounds very simple but the procedure is not simple. It requires enough time and true efforts and if you cannot dedicate these two obvious things then you are just wasting your time as well as energies also. Always try to avoid junk foods because these are really enrich of fats and other unhealthy stuffs so it is better to stay away from pastry, cake burgers etc. You cannot have anything spicy when you are in muscle diet chart.
